WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, photographs and written material, is the property of Pebble Play UK unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of this website without prior written consent from Pebble Play UK.

This website may not be used for any unlawful purpose.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Pebble provides child-led activity sessions, party experiences and event setups, including themed children’s parties delivered to private homes or hired venues.

Pebble offers a curated selection of set themed party experiences, delivered as described on the website. Activities, colours, layouts and décor are provided as shown and are not interchangeable.

Pebble does not provide childcare services.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS (PARTIES & EVENTS)

A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Pebble.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total party cost is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pebble reserves the right to cancel or withhold services if full payment has not been received by the agreed date.

Payments may be made via the website or by direct transfer, as advised at the time of booking.

SET THEMES & BESPOKE REQUESTS

Pebble parties are delivered as set themed experiences.

Requests to change, swap or customise themes, activities or décor are not included. Bespoke or customised events may be considered but are subject to availability and will incur a significantly higher cost, confirmed separately in writing.

NUMBER OF CHILDREN

Unless otherwise stated, Pebble parties include up to 15 children.

Additional children may be accommodated at an additional cost per child, subject to space, staffing and material availability.

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 5 days before the event.

SUPERVISION & RESPONSIBILITY

Pebble provides activity facilitation and setup only and does not provide childcare.

A responsible adult must remain present at all times during the event and is responsible for the supervision, behaviour and safety of all children attending.

Additional Pebble team support can be added at an extra hourly cost; however, this does not replace parental or guardian supervision.

VENUE & SPACE REQUIREMENTS

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event space is:

  • Safe, clean and suitable for children

  • Accessible at the agreed start time

  • Large enough to accommodate the selected theme and number of children

Pebble reserves the right to adjust, limit or withhold activities if the space is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

FOOD & ALLERGIES

Pebble does not provide food unless specifically agreed as part of an add-on.

The client is responsible for managing food allergies, dietary requirements and food safety.

Pebble cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or issues arising from food provided by the client or third parties.

Any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs must be disclosed prior to the event.

ADD-ONS & THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Certain add-ons (including cakes or animal visits) may be provided by trusted third-party suppliers.

Pebble acts as a coordinator only and is not responsible for the actions, availability or performance of third-party providers.

Pricing for some add-ons may be listed as Price on Request and will vary depending on requirements.

OVERTIME

If a party exceeds the agreed duration, an overtime fee of £50 per additional hour will apply.

The client will be informed if overtime becomes necessary.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS (PARTIES)

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the event require full payment

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee

If Pebble is required to cancel due to illness, extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Pebble takes health and safety seriously. Risk assessments are carried out for activities and equipment used.

All Pebble staff are DBS checked and first aid trained.

Participation in Pebble activities is at your own risk, except where caused by proven negligence or breach of duty of care by Pebble Play UK.

DAMAGE & LOSS

The client is responsible for any damage caused to Pebble equipment, décor or materials beyond normal wear and tear.

Any loss or damage may be charged at replacement cost.

CONDUCT

Pebble reserves the right to end an event if behaviour from guests is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful.

The client is responsible for ensuring all guests adhere to Pebble’s guidelines.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during events for marketing purposes.

This will only be done with prior consent from parents or guardians. If consent is not given, this must be communicated in writing before the event.

TERMINATION

Pebble Play UK may terminate services immediately if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

FORCE MAJEURE

Pebble shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, extreme weather, emergencies or government restrictions.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking or attending any Pebble service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy

Pebble Play UK is committed to complying with the Data Protection Act 1998 and The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. By using our website and our services you are consenting to us processing your information in the ways stated here.

 

What information do we collect?

 

Personal Details

 

Information you type into the website when you become a member and create your profile or when booking or visiting one of our sessions. This information may include your personal contact data, address etc. We use this to provide you with the services you request, keep in contact with you and to manage your account. If you contact us by email or via the website we may keep a record of your contact information and enquiry and may subsequently use your contact details to respond to your enquiry.

From time we send out emails to our customers with information about the service you have booked. You can choose to unsubscribe to these emails at any time.

 

Details of your transactions

 

We collect data for any transactions you carry out through our website, so that we can honour your booking and provide you with the services you have requested and purchased. Please note that we never store bank or payment details on our systems.

 

Sensitive data

 

We may collect information about your child’s dietary requirements to ensure our activities are safe and free from any allergens or intolerances your child may have. If you leave your child in our care – we may also ask for details of any health conditions, medical prescriptions and allergies so that we may provide suitable first-aid care, if it should be necessary. We may also record emergency contact details for you and the child’s doctor.

The information on our registration form contains personal data. Pebble play will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the The General Data Protection Regulation will not be passed/sent out to a third parties.

We may share photographs or videos taken during sessions for marketing purposes with your written consent.

How do we store and protect your personal information?

These are the basic guidelines we use to look after your personal data.

  • We maintain secure systems to protect your personal information.

  • We will update your information or preferences promptly when you ask us to

  • We will respond fully to requests from you to see the information that we hold on you.

  • We will not hold your personal information for longer than is necessary.

  • We follow strict procedures when storing or handling information that you have given us

How do we use your personal information?

  • to provide you with any services that you have purchased

  • to check your identity

  • to update our records with any new information you give us

  • to notify you if we will be unable to provide a service you have booked

  • to provide marketing communications (if you have given us your permission)

  • for statistical analysis so we can develop and improve our services for your benefit

  • to comply with legal requirements.

 

Any data sent electronically to us is done so entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping the password you use to access your Adventure Babies account confidential.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as necessary. We will notify clients of any changes via email or through our website.
